China v. Japan, Again...

Well it seems like the stage is set for another round of talks between China and Japan over god-knows-what this time. For those of us with so little time these days, here's their argument personified:

MOMMMMM, China's touching ME!!!
But Japan started it!
Did not.
Did tooo.
I'm not talking to YOU!
WHATEVER!
(and so forth...)
