A recent phenomenon has developed in which Japanese Children are becoming Manga impaired in which their ability to follow even the concept of speech bubbles is questionable. In a world overloaded with electronic media, the written word is becoming less-and-less fathomable to today's youth. Is this the decline in culture, anime, manga, or god-help-us READING?!
